All mailing lists or marketing plans submitted by customers WILL NOT be used by any other customer or organization, unless a written request is made by the providing customer. All data submitted to Centex Mailing Services in electronic format will be held for no longer than 6 months upon completion of the job to maintain for future use, or by specific request, immediately deleted. All information submitted in hard copy format will be discarded or returned to the customer upon their request.

Centex Mailing Services reserves the right to maintain 1-2 copies of each mail piece in customer file for future reference.
